When I first embedded an internal video to the blog it plays fine, I am able to move across the video and select where I want to star playing it, after publishing it two things happen:
-The video never load and stays on "generating preview"
-The video will start playing when pressing on play but I am unable to scroll and chose where I want it to start playing from, and if I try it will go back to the beginning.
Can you please let me know if there is a way that the video can play with no issues and that I am able to scroll through the video without it going back to the beginning and choosing where to start and to replay a particular section
Thank you
Hi @Mili Herrera I'm from the Media team (looking after files and images).
Looks like when you upload you are seeing the local preview.
After you publish we process the file (creating thumbnails, checking its in a format other people can see). This can take a few minutes sometimes before the file is ready.
I think that's what is happening here. Let me know what you think!
Hi Owen,
Thank you for your reply.
The issue repeats itself only after I refresh the page, after publishing I am able to scroll through the video once, if I refresh the page or close out of it then the issue begins, I have let the whole video load yet I continue to be unable to scroll trough it, if I try to move along the video it will go back to play from the beginning.
Thanks

Hmm, very strange. We seem to be talking on the same timezone - so happy to jump on a call and figure out what is going on.

Hi, you can use the tool above to find a time when I am free. If I remember it should translate the times (i.e. if you find a slot at 4.30pm your time it means it has found a slot at 2.30pm my time).

Do you have details on the file you uploaded? What is the size and format?
