We want to add a small spreadsheet with formulas onto our Confluence page. It's used to help users calculate prorated values. Here's a simple example (there are formulas in the cells next to the BOLD description). When we try to import it, the formulas don't work. Has anyone tried this and/or made it work? Thanks in advance!!

Built in Calculator for Prorating
Enter Values to determine the number
Check Amt $    59.99
Actual Offer Value $    25.00
Actual Offer Term10
Payment result to 23.996Issues
Actual Calculation Result to $       2.50PPC

Hi Joan,

You can also try performing calculations with the help of the Table Transformer macro (one of the macros included in the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app). The macro lets merge tables, perform calculations and complex filtration using the default presets and custom SQL queries.

Hi there,

As this question mentions our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, we are happy to introduce its new macro – Table Spreadsheet.

The new macro allows you to work with fully functional Excel spreadsheets right in Confluence.

You’ll be able to use cells’ formulas, filters, conditional formatting, etc., create pivot tables and charts from the page view and edit mode.

The Table Spreadsheet macro is available for Cloud and Server/Data Center.

You can't do this with native Confluence tables, but this app does exactly what you want:

Hello there!

Joan, currently this type of advanced tables are not available for Confluence. We can, however, achieve this with third-party addons such as:

Advanced Tables for Confluence

Advanced tables is a paid addon, but you can try it for free and check if the tool has everything what you need.

Looking forward to your reply!
