Embedding Trello Board: Page not found

I am trying to embed a Trello board onto a Confluence page but it says 'Page not found - the board may be private'. I am using the 'Share with anyone who has the link' URL on Trello and pasting it into the relevant box on Confluence. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Hi @Rebecca Simkins , welcome on the community. What about your workspace settings? If it is set as Private, I guess only workspace's members can access your boards. Can you check it and let me know, please?

Thank you! It is set to private but I'm logged in with my work email/SSO and the same applies in Confluence. This should mean I can see the Trello Board if I'm not mistaken? Thanks for your help.
