English (United States) in Confluence OnDemand, for first-day-of-week

Is it possible to install other language packs in OnDemand? English (UK) is fine (can deal with the U's and RE's) but now we see that the first-day-of-week in Team Calendar is tied to the browser culture, and Monday is really throwing off my team.

Optionally, if there is a way to force the first-day-of-week configuration in Team Calendars that would be great too.

As you found, the week start date (for the time being) is tied to the language pack...There has been some debate about how to set this up (more here). Currently language packs are not support in Atlassian OnDemand, and while it is on the roadmap, there is no ETA at this time.
