Ensure Baselined Version is Referenced in Confluence

I want engineers and stakeholders to use the baselined version of the Confluence page so that I can continue to iterate the page in preparation for the next release.

@Deepika Venkatesan you can make changes to a published page and then click close.  This will save the changes as a draft, and you can then resume editing the page by clicking the edit button.  Your changes will load, and you can continue to work until you are ready to publish your changes.  Form a more developed approach I would suggest an app from marketplace that will help with control of your documents. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=document%20control&product=confluence&hosting=dataCenter
