I followed the documentation but it was still unsuccessful. Need help
As mentioned above, the best way to get help is to provide as much information as possible. Are you thinking about the JAVA_HOME for the JDK so that Confluence can use the correct JDK?
The documentation mentions some of the steps for installing your own JDK. If you use the Confluence installer you shouldn't need to install the JDK separately.
