Error Importing a XML space

Hello,

I'm new here, so any help would be amazing!

I'm trying to import into my new Confluence account an exported Confluence space from another account where I was the admin as well.

But when I go to Admin>Import and after uploading the zip file, when it's unzipping the file, the page gives me an error saying:
ERROR: insert or update on table "usercontent_relation" violates foreign key constraint "fkpwgl85a266iie5i0adu8bdbcv"

Does anyone know how I can fixe this to get my imported space working?

Hi Luca.. am also new here..facing the same challenge while trying to import data from another platform. Did you have any luck importing the data or is there any other way around?

Hi @Kritika Jain 

When it comes to XML, you can only import XML from another Confluence.

But you can import HTML (I believe I answered your Doc360 question :) )
