When on a page I click on export to PDF and I get to the PDF Exports page, apparently the conversion is done correctly, but when I click on "Download PDF" I get the following message:
There was a problem accessing this content Check your network connection and try again, or contact your administrator for help.
Also the URL where I get redirected to access the PDF is on a AWS server, something like that:
rps--prod-eucentral--cc-pdfexport--pdf-exported-pages.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com
How can I solve that?
Thanks!
We have the same problem. We get the same error in the downloaded file.
The export function in Space Settings works as expected.
The error comes only when we export direct from page.
Just the download link of export from page redirects to AWS server.
We don't use external apps for export.
Hi @[deleted] ,

Hi,
Just as Marcello commented, we also don't use any external app.

Just got this bug ticket reply from Atlassian support https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-74649
You can contact support to have them disable the new PDF experience to resolve it.
