Hello, I need help.

One of our developers tried to access Confluence, but this error page keeps appearing. We've tried everything, but nothing has worked.

Error message: An error occurred during the operation. If the error persists, please contact the administrator with the information below. Error information code: 11934266

• Confluence authority: Already granted
• OTP issue: OTP has been reset twice
• Account status: Account is active

Sometimes, a temporary network hiccup or Confluence server issue can cause this error. Try performing the same action again after a short pause. 
Clear your browser's cache and cookies, as outdated data can sometimes cause problems. 

If the error persists, contact your Confluence administrator.  If the issue is not resolved by the administrator, you can also contact Atlassian support. https://support.atlassian.com/
