Error rendering macro 'viewxls' : java.lang.NullPointerException

Hi, I'm using a Excel viewing macro to display an Excel spreadsheet, and it's been working fine for many months.  However, it just all of a sudden broke and is giving "Error rendering macro 'viewxls' : java.lang.NullPointerException" as the error message.  How can I resolve the issue?  The version of Wiki Confluence is 6.3.4.

can you provide some more information.

Does the problem occur for all excel sheets you try to show with the macro, or only a specific one.

Can you provide the whole stacktrace.

There is a know limitation related to the size of the attached xls
