We are getting the following error when trying to log into confluence. Problem appeared suddenly when testing connection with mySql server. We can't do anything!! Please help

There are multiple causes for the error message you are receiving. It appears there are no proper permissions given to the home directory and to the database user. However, please verify all the causes as mentioned here and follow the appropriate resolutions.
