Evaluation License Extension Not Working

Hi,

I renewed my evaluation license and it should expire on the 22nd May, however I cannot log into Confluence. Do I need to paste the new license key anywhere?

Hi James,

you need to put the new license under "Confluence Admin" -> "License Details" -> License

Btw, even if your license is expired, you should be able to log-in into Confluence. Therefore, I suspect that license is not the cause of your problem.
