Excel Macro to only display rows only when data is availabile

I want to display only rows only when data is present which is dynamic

is there excel macro can only sense that data and only display data when it is available??

It provides the Table from CSV macro that allows you to output a table from CSV or TSV data source (URL or an attached file).

The recreated table can be further filtered, aggregated and visualized as well.
