Hey @Marco Pistana ,
Welcome to Community!
I'm the solution engineer at Elements and I think our app Elements Spreadsheet can help you with your use case.

Our app allows you to upload an Excel spreadsheet into Confluence. I invite you to take a look at our Community article: How to import an excel file into Confluence using Elements Spreadsheet.
We have also some guidelines in our documentation space explaining how you can import an Excel Spreadsheet.
If you face any issue while you are trying our app you can easily contact our support team to help you with your use case.
Let me know if this helps you.
Cheers,
Armand
Hi @Marco Pistana ,
We can also suggest trying our app that is Table Filter and Charts for Confluence.
The app allows you not only to add Excel functionality to native Confluence tables and tabular dynamic macros, such as Jira Issues, Page Properties Report, etc. - you'll be able to filter, aggregate and visualize them. But also to work with fully functional Excel spreadsheets right in Confluence - please check the Table Spreadsheet macro.
Hope this may help your case.

@Marco Pistana Welcome to the Confluence Community!
Excel is not supported natively in Confluence. You can copy and paste data which will become a table, but will not have the excel functions embedded. You would need a third party app like Excel for Confluence to accomplish what you are looking to do.

There are a number of other apps that are similar, but I only have experience with this one.
Good luck!
