Recently the Export to PDF tool has started hanging for anybody who tries to use it when they are not on our network. Inside the network, everything is fine. Outside the network, the working animation appears and it just hangs there.
Just to follow up in case anybody else has this issue and comes across this: the issue wasn't with the Atlassian PDF Exporter after all, it was the Scroll PDF Exporter plugin, and its problem was that Cloudflare Rocket Launcher had started injecting some extra javascript into that app's UI which was causing it to not start properly.

No error ever comes up, just the working animation. I've waited for a couple minutes for an error to be thrown.

We are also getting this issue and there are no console errors in chrome etc, it just seems to take a while sometimes.
