Hello,

I would like to export some table we made on Confluence as Excel file.

Is it possible?

I only can see the Pdf and Word formats are available...

Best regards,

Hi @Donggeon Kim ,

There is no standard export-table-to-excel feature in Confluence. There are Marketplace Apps available that offer this (and many more 'table-enhancing-features'), such as Table Filter & Charts.

Or you can select, copy, paste the table data :)

Have a nice day!

Hi

I have found a simple two-step workaround which works quite well for me:

  1. Export the article to Word. The resulting Word document containts the confluence tables as word tables.
  2. copy & paste the word tables to excel.

hi @Donggeon Kim

As Rik mentioned above, Confluence does not have an export directly to Excel feature. However, you can use marketplace apps, including our app Excellentable, which can help you convert your tables to spreadsheet format.

The most straightforward workaround, however, is to copy the data and paste it into Excel. If you cannot copy-paste directly into Excel (the table being too unwieldy to select correctly), you can take a PDF export and import the PDF into Excel. Excel Data tab > Get Data drop-down > From File > From PDF.
