I am working with a customer who has a ton of data stored in an old on-prem Confluence instance which displays the data in web pages, and they want to get all the information out. So they were asking about using an RPA Bot to click through the web site and extract the information from each page, page-by-page, which to me seems a bit tricky, so I am wondering if there is a better way.
I thought pulling info directly out of the confluence database might be an option, it seems to be a proprietary DB, but the customer said they are a bit worried about pulling info out of the database because "things have been done on some of the pages that pulls information from other sources and they are concerned it might not be clearly mapped in the DB"
Here are the basic ways to export data from Confluence:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/export-content-to-word-pdf-html-and-xml-139475.html
However, you don't mention what format you'd like the data exported to, or if there is another system you'd like to import to.
Thanks! PDFs are fine, but this still requires going page by page, looking for a bulk export if possible.

The page references exporting at the Space level as well.
