While running confluence export no free disk space is showing through command prompt but from disk management console enough free space is available. Also migration is halting due to this issue. Could anyone help me on this ?

Hi @Prateek Rastogi

Welcome to Confluence!!

First I need to make sure, is your Confluence running in Windows Server?

The backup is stored where your Confluence is running.

Make sure the partition of the disk where your home directory of Confluence is present has enough space to store the backup taken!

Since partition defines your disk space, better check with IT Team before you perform any management activities on the Confluence server.

Let me know if you have any queries

Thanks,
Pramodh

Hi @Pramodh M ,

Thanks for taking out your time for this issue, answering to your queries, currently we are using windows server 2016 VM and backup is stored on the same server where confluence is running.

I am attaching the screenshot of the partition below.

Please let me know if you have any idea how to resolve it.

Hi @Prateek Rastogi

Seems like from the first screenshot the disk is fully consumed. But when you are checking on UI it's showing 267 GB free. Can you check with IT Team on the same?
