Figma Preview always has the log in view

I am tried using the SSO feature and the confluence-Figma macro does not reload. 

Is there a way to just saw the link beside the preview button. Atleast this would let someone preview in figma directly! 

I have not found a solution that has worked for me.

Facing the same problem. Confluence keeps asking me to log in for every Figma live embed I am using on my page. And I need to do this every time I open or refresh my page.

I was able to fix this issue on my browser by making sure my cross-site cookies (AKA third party cookies) are enabled.

You should make sure your browser is not blocking those. 

It's highly likely that this will resolve your issue.

Hi @Sat Sharma welcome to the community 

Try these steps 

1. Click on the Figma macro to select it.
2. Click on the "Edit" button (pencil icon) in the top right corner of the macro.
3. In the "Macro Browser" window that appears, click on the "Advanced" tab.
4. In the "Advanced" tab, locate the "Display Options" section.
5. In the "Display Options" section, enable the "Show Link to Figma File" option.
6. Click on the "Insert" button to save the changes and update the macro.

I am having the same problem and I don't see where to "select Figma macro".  Could you provide any more information on where to start?

I am running to the same issue. I am still troubleshooting. Going to try to delete the figma app in jira and then re-add it.

Is there a solution to this problem, I'm still getting way to many sign in prompts.

This issue has just started with me. Other member of my team are able to view the preview. I can see the preview if I embed in Jira. Its getting very frustrating.
