I want to upload excel files that are 45 MB is there a way to do this in confluence?

Yes, click "attach"

You may need to increase the attachment size limit in Admin -> Attachments though - the default is 10Mb

Hi Hannah,

You can Upload the files in confluence, you can use Office Excel Macro to display in your wiki page or display as a thumbnail or link.
