For Confluence Questions add-on: How can I edit others' questions/answers?

I am a space admin, and I want to be able to edit Questions and Answers in the space.  AFAICT, it is only possible to edit questions or answers that I have added myself.  However, in this case, we have an internal tech support team that uses this for a sort of internal "Stack Overflow", but sometimes, the wording or formatting needs some help.

How can I get the ability to edit a Question or Answer that someone else added?
