From a confluence page, can an attachment be restricted from being downloaded?

Is there a way to restrict an attachment (a powerpoint, word, excel document) from being downloaded from the confluence page to which it is attached? Please suggest

By default, it's not possible but you may want to checkout Arsenale Lockpoint (third-party plugin) instead.
