Gliffy Templates Not Working?

I'm trying to use an existing Gliffy diagram as a template for a new diagram. The template Gliffy saves as a new diagram, but upon exiting the Gliffy editor, the diagram does not appear on the page. It shows up in the attachment list with its accompanying png file, but will not populate the page. The only way I can get a Gliffy diagram to work is by drawing it from scratch. Any ideas?

Isn't there a Gliffy macro?

Maybe by editing the page and clicking the '+' button and searching for it, you may find it and select the diagram you created.

This is actually only a guess, as I'm not really familiar with Gliffy. You may want to try it.
