Gliffy confluence plugin 6.0.3 - unable to uninstall it from our confluence

Since Gliffy confluence plugin version 6.0.3 does not support IE 8 any more, I want to downgrade or uninstall it. However, when i tried to uninstall it, the warning message : "An unexpected error occurred. Please refer to the logs for more information." is displayed. please advice.

Hi Anna,

You can delete the plugin directly from your database:

1. Shutdown your Confluence
2. Backup your database dump so you can revert the changes if needed
3. Run the query below to delete the plugin from the database:

   delete from plugindata where pluginkey='com.gliffy.integration.confluence';

4. Clear plugin cache
5. Restart Confluence

This is merely a workaround and does not solve the issue which are causing the error when you uninstall your plugin. I need you to provide me the error in the <confluence-home>/atlassian-confluence.logs which are generated immediately when the issue occur to further investigate this issue.
