We have a problem viewing and editing gliffy diagrams.
The gilffy diagram does not show on the page.
In Edit mode I can see the macro holder and I can click "edit" I get to the "Gliffy diagram properties" dialogue. If I click the "Edit diagram" button I get a blank page. After clicking the "Update" button in the same dialogue I was able to edit the diagram and save. Then when the page was saved, the Gliffy was visible.
What is going on?
Atlassian Cloud had an issue starting December 8th where it was unable to save pages. This also affected Gliffy diagram rendering. They have this listed as resolved here: http://status.atlassian.com/incidents/mcn1l5kgjp72. Simon, that sounds like your issue.
Pol, if some users can see diagrams and you cannot this may be a permission issue. Please review the attachment permissions required to view/edit diagrams: http://support.gliffy.com/hc/en-us/articles/217895438-Attachment-Permissions-Needed-in-Confluence
If those do not resolve your issues please start a case at support@gliffy.com.
I have the same problem. Other users don't have this problem.

Hi Simon,
Has this just started happening? And are there any other issues with your Confluence instance?
