Gliffy macro not working

I'm trialing Confluence and am not able to figure out how to use the Gliffy plugin (which the admin page says is installed). When I click the Gliffy Diagram macro I get a pop-up window that has the following in it:

but no evident functionality as advertised.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Frank,

I believe that you may be running through this bug (or something similar to it): https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-27804

But just in case I recommend you to raise a ticket under support.atlassian.com so the Support Team can further investigate it.
