Googe authentication in Confluence Cloud and groups

Hi,

I am looking into the Confluence Cloud for the teams within the Organisation. Biggest topic is the authentication and access restrictions on per-group basis. How can we restrict access to the specific resources based on the group basis? Will, perhaps, Active Directory mapping be a better solution here?

If you’re wanting to manage your Atlassian product application and have group/team control over said application then I would suggest reviewing Atlassian Access. Atlassian Access would also allow you to use SAML authentication within your Atlassian cloud products as well. Along with providing user provisioning.
