Is this a problem from Atlassian that I should wait for a fix?

Gliffy Diagrams are saved as Attachments in Confluence, are you able to save any other kind of attachment to the Confluence page? If you can't then you should contact Atlassian Support. If you can save other types of attachments to the page then you should send an email to support@gliffy.com with details of the problem. Make sure to include your SEN Number, Whether you are using Confluence Server, Data Center (please include full version) or Cloud (no version required for Cloud). If using Confluence Server or Data Center also include the version of Gliffy you are using. Make sure to include the exact steps you were performing leading up to the point you get the internal server error.
