We have a session time limit of 8h and also activated 2FA as mandatory.

But when you log in again on one tab after the session has timed out and refresh the other tabs, you still need to logg in on those too.

Is that really correct?

The reason was that we do not use SSO, som every tab has its own session.

HI @Elsa Österberg

Welcome to the community.

I see this a a browser issue, not the application.

Hello @Elsa Österberg

You probably use Atlassian Guard.

Check in the Authentication policy if you are using SSO and if thats the case, its probably an issue with your browser.
