Hi, I am new to Confluence is it possible to send and receive emails through confluence?

I want to be able to set up a project in Confluence and have a page that has all email correspondence regarding that project. I am hoping to be able to both send and receive emails from Confluence. Is it possible? Or is there a plugin/macro that could do this?
