Hi, It seems as though i have lost the ability to enable MFA for our confluence users.

Not sure if this is because of the 'Access' feature as I'm sure the previous admin did not have an Access subscription. Just wondering if I'll need to now pay for something that was otherwise previously free, correct me if I'm wrong?

Hi @Misbahur Rahman welcome to the Atlassian community.

For setting up an MFA I don't think you are required to purchase some access. Atlassian supports apps like Cisco Duo, Google authenticator to set up your 2 step authentication. You need to install the app(s) on your phone and then update your Atlassian settings to allow this MFA.
