We have two spaces that are public ... but we do NOT want to show the All Updates section.

How do we hide this?

NOTE: We are not talking about the sidebar links.  We are referring to the actual content.  The latter is what we want to hide.  See attached image for details.

I found it after a bit more searching:

I tried the solution and it worked great, hiding All Updates for anonymous users.

But it's not a complete solution.  Navigating to "Pages" still shows the recently updated list.

Anyone have any ideas on how to hide this from anonymous users?

Hi,

there is an addon for customizing the Confluence home/start page for users & user groups. It's call Custom Dashboards for Confluence. This might be a solution for you.

You assign anonymous users any Confluence page you like & they see this page without sidebar.

Best

Thank you for this tip.  We want a completely clean and secure experience for the user who is not logged in, for example to offer pre-sales information.

Can Custom Dashboards for Confluence get us there?
