Hipchat and Confluence OnDemand integration not working but Jira OnDemand integration works fine

I've configured an admin Authorization token in hipchat. (Jiria and Confluence line in screen shot)

I've put the token in the HipChat configuration section in our OnDemand instance.

The connection in Jira works fine, but in Confluence I get the error message in this screen shot.

Hi Tim,

Not sure if you've gotten this to work or not, but a few things you can try in case you haven't:

• Double check your auth key. For APIv2, it should be 40 characters long and sometimes a character can be omitted when are selecting the token to copy and paste (usually first or last).
• Make sure you're using the latest HipChat plugin (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.labs.hipchat.confluence-hipchat) and note the versions.
• Try and generate a new token and see if that works.
• If all else fails, email support@hipchat.comand we can take a look at your token.
