History tracking of Confluence Page

We have a requirement gathering done in confluence
There are lots of users who asks question and lots of user comments answers in same page.

How can i track this date wise as summary getting someone commented on line 123 with anchor link with its some date
or Some one changed something on line 123 with anchor link with its date
as a list of summary?

Yes we can see the page history but this is kinda lengthy process so is there a way getting a summary of it?

There's Comments Manager by BeastieHut that costs next to nothing (like 3 to 5 cents per user) which might tick some of the boxes for your use case.
