×Hi I'm trying to export a full Confluence site, not solely the page that is shown (include all child pages). Can you help me?
PS it's a little bit outrageous that there is no way to request help from an Atlassian help portal or service line.
Are you in the cloud or datacenter? The following include the instructions to export spaces.
Datacenter: Export Content to Word, PDF, HTML and XML | Confluence Data Center 10.0 | Atlassian Documentation
Cloud: Export a space's content as Word, PDF, or data files | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support
@Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM 's answer is spot on so I'll only add one note since you operate with the phrase 'Confluence Site' in your question.
When it comes to the hierarchy, it's as follows.
In other words, a space is an entity of multiple pages, a site is an entity of multiple spaces.
You can export a single page, a single space... and the whole site (in the form of a backup https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-site-backup/).
So if you say 'export a site', experts might interpret this as a site backup.
If you want to share a site, you can also make it available to public as is, use a theme app (to mask that it's Confluence) or use an app to create a static website from your confluence content (which is, technically speaking, a kind of export).
