How I rearrange the hierarchy in a space?

It says when I "View in Hierarchy" that I can move the pages. Put it doesn't work in either Chrome or Safari in the Mac. It just moves the text to wherever I drag it, it doesn't nest it.

It works for me in Chrome.

To make something a child of another page, drop it directly on the other page -- if the horizontal line appears above or below the page, then the moved page will be a sibling.
