How Many Number of Pages can we create in One space?

Hi Team,

For one our project requirement, we need to build a document of  400 page or more than this in confluence .Is it possible to create such huge document in single space? 

What is the maximum number pages that we can create per one space?

Hi Prabhu,

There are no limits to the number of spaces or pages you can have in Confluence. As your pages grow in length, the server resources required to edit and render the pages will increase. It's logical to expect that at some point your server will have trouble keeping up with the length of a particularly long page. It's not really possible to explain where that length is because it depends on the contents of the page, your server's resources, how many users are active, what types of plugins are running, etc.

While you can use the native PDF export tools to export a page or space, it might be worth looking at the Marketplace depending on what you're trying to do. There are a variety of Marketplace apps that can extend or change the behavior of PDF exports in Confluence. I'd recommend looking at several plugins and reading about their capabilities. You may come up with a different way to meet your needs after reading what's possible with some of these apps.

i created a template at global level by capturing of 20 pages data in a single Page . Going further this  i need to  embed 400 pages data into a single page ?

is it can be done or possible?
