How are the free apps become available after requesting hem ?

Ive requested a bunch of free apps some days ago but there are still not available or i cant find them, nor Ive received no email about the availability. How does the process work ?

What @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- said, you'd have to check with the person in charge of approving and installing apps in your organisation.

Hi @Michael Borucki ,

If you are a normal Confluence user, your administrator must approve all apps you request.  So you need to ask your Confluence admin.
