How can I achieve this effect in Confluence

Very easy, although you will have to use straight HTML/JavaScript to get the proper effect.

Hi lee,

This isn't possible in Confluence OnDemand I'm afraid. The example you gave is possible in the download version of Confluence, but since Confluence OnDemand does not allow the HTML macro for security reasons you won't be able to get the effect in OnDemand.
