How can I add a task to a meeting note without going into Editor?

Nicholas Aceto September 25, 2015

Is it possible to add new tasks and or notes/text to a page in confluence without evoking the editor?  I want to use the meeting notes page as the agenda and minutes at the same time.  This will require that I add tasks as they come up in discussion.  If I have to keep switching to editor mode it becomes a bit cumbersome.

I may be missing something obvious, but why not just stay in Editor mode? You can still read the page contents there. Just wait to save until the meeting is over.

If a user wishes to use a meeting note as an agenda, it's content (especially when in the form of a macro) is useless when in editor mode. Confluence meeting notes assumes tasks are created and assigned prior to a meeting, when in reality, tasks are created as the result of a meeting.
