Hi,
I am trying to add jupyter notebook to my confluence page. I am trying to do so with https://github.com/Valassis-Digital-Media/nbconflux
but as i enter the command in shell, nbconflux TitanicExcel.ipynb https://<domain_name>/wiki/pages/viewinfo.action?pageId=1
310556385 I get an error as:
requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 404 Client Error: for url: https://jirafigmd.atlassian.net/rest/api/content/1310556385/chil
d/attachment?expand=version
You don't seem to need an add-on for this: Confluence supports embedding iframes, so if you host your Jupyter lab with proper settings, it should be possible to embed with an iframe. Maybe not as neat as an add-on, but at least cheaper.
Hi Priya,
As an alternative option, you can use Jupyter/IPython Notebook viewer add-on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220365/jupyter-notebook-viewer-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview if you are using Confluence cloud. You can either directly upload your notebook files or it can also render from private Git repositories and any public urls.
Ps. I am add-on developer. Thanks.

Hi Nar Kumar,
Once Jupyter notebooks are rendered in Confluence, will it be possible to view two notebooks side-by-side for a comparative code analysis ?
Thanks,
Alpha

The add-on I posted above is for Confluence. Currently, there is no option to view Jupyter notebooks in Jira.

Hello Priya and welcome to the Community!
Jupyter notebook looks like a cool product to use. However, this product is not directly supported within Confluence. There is a feature request to bring this under support. You may find this feature request at CONFSERVER-39782. We would suggest you vote and watch this request to receive future updates.
Alternatively, there are marketplace add-ons which may support this functionality within Confluence. You may search the marketplace at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/.
I hope this proves helpful and gives some insight into the feature request.
Regards,
Stephen Sifers
