I attempted to follow the instructions on the OnDemand documentation but it doesn't appear these options are present anymore (or that I have it configured to show me these options).
Can you point me to how to use CSS on my Confluence Wiki for my OnDemand configuration?

As you suspected, this is a restricted function: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Restricted+Functions+in+Atlassian+OnDemand#RestrictedFunctionsinAtlassianOnDemand-Confluence
We'll look at getting that documentation fixed up.
Er, I'd point you at the document you've pointed to - could you explain what has gone wrong? (after you've checked the security config it points to?)

when I go to my Administration - by selecting Administration from my name in the upper-right corner - I do not get any of the options stated in the document. There is no Confluence Admin section in my admin options and therefore no Confluence Admin > Security Configuration option. Also, Security Configuration isn't an option under Wiki.

It appears from other links I've followed that this feature may not be available in OnDemand because its only in the system admin screens and not the wiki admin screens. Would like to confirm that and see if there are any alternatives in OnDemand.
