<y company recently got rid of smartsheets and we were using smartsheets to create dashboard and heatmaps of our epics to track overdue stories and tasks. How can I accomplish this in confluence and or JIRA?

Hey @atsopelas

If you’re looking for a way to create a heatmap of your Epics in Jira, Focus Flow might be exactly what you need!

It provides a clear, visual heatmap showing logged hours per Epic over time (30-90 days) so you can quickly spot overdue work, focus areas, and potential bottlenecks. It’s a great alternative to Smartsheets, but fully integrated into Jira.

With Focus Flow, you can:

See Epic progress at a glance – no more endless tables.

Track overdue and in-progress work based on actual logged hours.

Spot trends in workload and resource allocation across Epics.

Customize your view – adjust history length, filter Epics, and more!
