How can I create a status category?

I have seen bars like complete, in progress, at risk for tasks on confluence. How do I create that?

Hi! I believe you are refering to the status macro, to use it you just have to add {status and the editor will autocomplete it for you, you add the macro, choose the name of the status and the color you want to show it. Hope this helps :)
