When I scroll through the Comments in the sidebar of a Confluence page, the last one shows my "comment" with suggested text. I realize this is just a suggestion, but it's very misleading and I don't need it. I would prefer that AI not create suggested comments for me unless I specifically ask for it.
Hello @kavvakumovits
The suggestion of comments by Atlassian Intelligence is part of its beta functionality and cannot be turned off individually.
If you wish to disable this feature, you will need to deactivate Atlassian Intelligence entirely through the admin portal on your site.
AI suggestions generally appear when replying to someone else's comment and are typically not available for your own comments.
I hope this information is helpful.
Thank you,
Dhanush
Hi @kavvakumovits ,
I'm not sure I've seen this but again, I have not been using AI in comments that much. Are you referring to page comments or inline comments?
I know there's an AI Confluence recap/Summarize comments option but from what you've described, AI automatically suggests comments based on existing content.
Cheers,
Tobi

Hi! I'm referring to inline comments. If the page already contains comments, and even if I haven't added any comments myself, the comment pane shows a suggested comment from me at the bottom. It's only suggested, I don't think anyone else sees it, but it's misleading and it's in the way. I would prefer that AI not suggest anything until I ask for it.

@kavvakumovits sorry for the 'delay' from my side. Been a busy week.
I think I've seen this feature on one site I've been using but I cannot find it. We do have AI on our demo site but I cannot 'get this part to work'.
I've also checked if there's a feature request related to the ability to disable this, but I didn't find anything.
Side note - I've asked someone from Atlassian to check this thread out and get back to you.
