How can I downgrade from standard to free?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hi everyone, I cannot access my confluence documents, since I exceded the 10 user from free, It upgraded to Standard

I already delete the excess users but the option to change a plan doesn't appear, please help!!

Hi @Christian Sanchez

  • Go to Billing:

    • Admin > Billing > Manage subscriptions

  • If the “Change plan” option doesn’t show:

    • It may take a few hours after user removal.

    • Try logging out and back in, or refresh in incognito.

  • If it still doesn’t appear:
