Hi everyone, I cannot access my confluence documents, since I exceded the 10 user from free, It upgraded to Standard
I already delete the excess users but the option to change a plan doesn't appear, please help!!
Go to Billing:
Admin > Billing > Manage subscriptions
If the “Change plan” option doesn’t show:
It may take a few hours after user removal.
Try logging out and back in, or refresh in incognito.
If it still doesn’t appear:
