How can I edit the properties (Name, Related Space) of a calendar that I didn't create?

Seems it's not possible, even though "No edit restrictions defined for this calendar".

Alternatively, how to find out who created a particular calendar?

You can change the name of your calendar for yourself, but you cannot change the 'global' name of the calendar (even as the creator). Once the calendar is named, that is it.
