How can I filter and aggregate decision logs from multiple Confluence spaces to a single space.

Deleted user September 17, 2018

We are just starting to use Confluence and have discovered the Decision and Decision Log functionality.

Our PMO (Program Management Office) would like to be able to aggregate the decisions / decision logs from each project's Confluence space into a single management space. They would also like to be able to filter / sort.

Is this built-in functionality? (If so, how do I access it given that searches have not yielded the magic potion.)

Thank you,

David

My solution consisted of realizing that I can edit the Decision Log page in Confluence.

Specifically, the "Page Properties Report" where I can add additional Spaces.

Might try using Labels?

Hi Brian,

Thank you for the suggestion to add a label. I didn't realize that they could be added to I am able to add a label.

However, I'm not seeing a way to create a JQL to pull decision logs from >= 1 Confluence spaces and put into a single new space.

But I did find an interim solution … see below.
