I use Confluence in my company, and the translation contains many serious mistakes. I tried to report these mistakes, but no matter how I tried, there was no way to submit it. For example they said to our Jira server URL

This doesn't look like an Atlassian Cloud URL you're typing.

See instructions below on how to find your URL.

But theres in NO INSTRUCTIONS below. And there is no option to submit my feedback.
I've spent many hours to somehow give feedback, and the only way I could somehow gave any feedback, was by cloning an existing bug in jira.atlassian, and then commenting the problematic translation, and finally they said the issue was resolved, but now this half-opened backdoor is also closed.

Is there any way I can report any problem, or the "Hiba bejelentése" (report an error) seen on the bottom of our Confluence page is just a huge scam?
(How can someone develop anything agile, if they seal themselves hermetically from user feedbacks? And if they don't wan't to get feedback, then why they encourage for it?)

Hi @Péter Sass thank you for your question and for your efforts to raise translation bugs with Atlassian - I'm sorry to hear that this hasn't been a straightforward experience for you. I have spoken with our Localization team to confirm that the best way to report localization/translation bugs is via Atlassian support.
Here are some instructions on how to do this:
  • Go to https://support.atlassian.com/
  • Find "Not finding the help you need?" and click "Log in to contact support"
  • This will load the Support contact form. Under "What can we help you with", select "Technical Issues and Bugs" and follow on from there.
The Atlassian support team will either raise a Support request or jira.atlassian.com ticket and share this with our localization team as a bug to address.
I hope that helps,
Thank you,
Charlie

Hi @Péter Sass welcome to the community.  From your ticket info that's been provided, it appears you are using Confluence Server, is that correct?  If so, when you get to the 'Which product is this for' does the system show your valid Server license?  If not, it may be that your site's server license might not be attached to the Atlassian account you are using.  Keep in mind, that Server Support will end on Feb 15, 2024.

I'm guessing you've given the tickets you've opened very specific examples of where the translation is incorrect?  If those tickets were closed, but not fixed, you should be able to get them reopened.

I hope that helps.
