How can I leverage Confluence to house internal product ideas from my company?

Hi, I am looking to create an "Ideas" page in confluence where coworkers can submit and vote on their product ideas without the use of third-party software. Any ideas as to how I can set this up?

Not another 3rd party software but another Atlassian product that may help is Questions for Confluence. You can ask a question and have users submit answers as well as upvote answers!
